Blood Stock

It is the year 2041, the shield that has protected the Earth for eons has failed. The Akkaran race has arrived and released a virus on Earth intended to make people docile and susceptible to psychic influence. While most of the population succumbed easily becoming blood stock for the Akkarans there were two groups that did not. Both marked for extermination if discovered.

The first of these groups are the Malforms. As the virus took humanity, some were driven mad. Consumed by rage they mutated into violent killers. The only way to stop a Malformed is to take it down by any means available.

Then there is you. You watch in horror as people have known your whole life heed the call of the Akkarans or rise to slaughter anything in their paths. You are part of the second group, the Other. Humans that are immune or beneficially enhanced by the virus. You are unaffected by the psychic call to congregate within the major cities and you are not driven to destroy. Though this may seem like freedom, the world outside the cities has changed.

Survival in the new world is based on might, stealth or wits. Which path will you choose? Can you survive, find others like yourself and build a place to live?
